What we Provide:

Regardless of your fitness goals. You will reach your full potential with one of our military inspired training programmes.

We have used our experience from serving in elite military units and the private fitness industry to develop unique training programmes.

There are programmes for individuals with specific goals such as conditioning to start military training. However, if you are someone with a more general goal of increasing cardiovascular fitness, building strength or losing body fat then you will find the right programme with us.

Our Training Programmes:

Gravelbelly Preparation Cycle

Designed by former Royal marines Commandos. A perfect fitness plan whether your goal is to earn the coveted Green Beret of the Royal Marines Commandos, the Maroon Beret and wings of the prestigious Parachute Regiment, joining another of the frontline Infantry Regiments or improving your fitness through military style training individuals looking to join the military.

Focussed on building muscular and aerobic strength and endurance. Specifically developed to reduce the chance of injury allowing the individual to start training in the best possible condition.

Duration: 12 Weeks

Equipment Needed: None. Mixture of bodyweight training and running.

Training Days per Week: 4-6

Training Session Length: 60mins (average)

Strength and Conditioning Programme

This training program has been designed by former Royal Marines for individuals aiming to increase their overall strength and muscle mass.

The course has been designed with our military heritage in mind and focuses on functional movements which will give the type of strength and conditioning of elite military soldiers.

Ideal for serving military personnel, obstacle course racers and mixed martial artists.

Duration: 8 Weeks

Equipment Needed: Access to a weights gym required.
