Perfect whether your goal is to earn the coveted Green Beret of the Royal Marines Commandos, the Maroon Beret and wings of the prestigious Parachute Regiment, joining another of the frontline Infantry Regiments or improving your fitness through military style training individuals looking to join the military.
Focussed on building muscular and aerobic strength and endurance. Specifically developed to reduce the chance of injury allowing the individual to start training in the best possible condition.
