Our team have years’ of experience serving in elite units of the UK Forces. Using the knowledge gained over years of arduous training we have created military-based fitness programmes designed to condition individuals looking to:

- British Army Pathfinders Platoon.

We offer a range of Military Fitness programmes to choose from depending on an individual’s aims.
Military Preparation Training
For those looking for simple, functional training we offer bodyweight training programmes which don’t require the additional costs of a gym membership. These are perfect for anyone looking to join the military. Periodic tests are built into the programme allowing you to track your progress and give you confidence that you exceed the entry criteria.
Strength & Conditioning
If you are looking for a strength and conditioning programme, we’ve got your back. Sign up to one of our S&C programmes and hit the gym like a pro. Our plans are ideal if you are looking for a progressive programme that builds thick, strong muscles. True to our heritage there is a functional aspect built into these programmes. By the end the individual will be a stronger version of themself, ready to take on anything.
Nutrition Advice
All of our fitness plans are backed up by nutritional advice. This ensures that throughout your training cycle you are fuelling your body with the required amount of energy and nutrients for peak performance.
Delivery
Plans are available via download through our website. You will also be invited to join our community group to discuss issues and ideas with our team and other like-minded individuals.
Equipment Requirements
Simple but seriously effective. Use your bodyweight to get fitter and stronger. No additional gym membership required. You just need some space to train.
For individuals looking to seriously increase size and strength in a sustainable way. The exercises in these programmes will require access to a weights gym.
All we require from the individual is a willingness to learn and determination to see it through. We will be with you each step of the way to work with you and make sure you achieve your goals.
